RSC Family Fitness Fun

Rossnowlagh Surf Club are delighted to be running 4 Family Fitness Fun Sessions at the new Outdoor Gym in Rossnowlagh Car Park, starting Thursday 30th July at 10:30am.

These sessions are open to all surf club members aged 8+, and parents/family members are encouraged to join in too!

The aim is to have some fun while learning how to safely and effectively use the new outdoor gym equipment. We'll cover simple exercises, fitness games, surf specific exercises and ways the whole family can stay active together.

All sessions will be delivered by fully qualified fitness instructor.

📍 Location: New Outdoor Gym, Rossnowlagh Car Park�📅 Dates: Thursdays, 30th July, 6th, 13th & 20th August�🕥 Time: 10:30am�🆓 Cost: The sessions are free of charge for everyone �
All fitness levels welcome so come along for some family fun, fitness, in the fresh air at Rossnowlagh’s new outdoor gym.

We are absolutely delighted to announce the surf club has bought and installed an AED box on the wall outside the club house ❤️ The defibrillator is now housed inside it and the box is UNLOCKED. The box is alarmed and if the defib is ever needed/used please phone 999 or 112 immediately 🚑 Please spread the word so as many people as possible know a defib is available and easy to access. Members!

The link for the Rossi Rippers surf sessions is now open. These surf sessions are Sunday mornings for an hour at 10am or 11am and are free of charge. They start on the 24th of May and run every Sunday for 5 weeks and are for kids from 8 to 14 years old. At the sessions the aims are to develop the kids technique and try to get them to build friendships so they can continue to surf together during the summer. To sign up for the sessions they must be surf club members and eight or older. Slots are limited and places are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
