I can’t wait to get our ☀️CORE BY THE SHORE☀️started tomorrow morning (Saturday 12th July) @ 10 am on ROSSNOWLAGH BEACH!
It’s’ not often we get glorious sunshine for our BEACH PILATES, so let’s make the most of it, and soak it all up……😅☀️😎
The pics below guide you to where I will be on the beach tomorrow:
The last entrance onto the Beach, furthest away from Smugglers Creek entrance.
As soon as you come down the little road we will be on your left hand side, look out for my flag😎
Bring a mat/towel, water and suncream and maybe your swimming togs if u fancy dip afterwards 🌊🌊

I had the pleasure of taking these lovely ladies through a refreshing beach Pilates session on Rossnowlagh beach on Friday as part of an ‘End of Term Team Bonding Day’😎😀🌤️🌊🌬️
Some of their colleagues enjoyed a surf lesson, whilst others completed a wind swept hike🌬️🌬️!!
We even managed to stay dry😱😱
Thank you ladies it was a pleasure and great fun😂
I can’t wait to start our CORE BY THE SHORE on Saturday 12th July in Rossnowlagh, if your about check in with us and get a good stretch and fresh air.
I am positioned at the 2nd entrance onto the beach close to Carrickfad Caravan Park.
