Mat is the foundation of the Pilates Method. It deserves proper time and attention. Before you teach the exercises to someone else, you need to understand them in your own body first.

Across the three modules, we look at the history and principles of Pilates, beginner and intermediate mat exercises, modifications, precautions, anatomy, movement principles and the difference between Classical and Contemporary Pilates.

This course is for anyone who wants to build a strong, clear and confident foundation as a teacher.

Pilates is not about being โ€œgood at exercise.โ€ Itโ€™s about moving better, feeling stronger and supporting your body for the long term.

Whether itโ€™s for golf, cycling, running, lifting, walking the dog or simply getting out of the car without stiffness and achesโ€ฆ movement matters.

This class is suitable for all levels and no Pilates experience is needed. Bring your dad, partner, brother, son or a friend and experience a practical, supportive and welcoming introduction to Pilates.

Due to popular demand, we have added an extra Fascial Flow Reformer: Rotational Strength and Resilience class on Mondays at 8am.

This fascial based Reformer class is ideal for anyone who plays golf, padel, tennis or any sport that involves rotation and movement on one side of the body. The focus is on helping the body work as one connected system, improving rotational mobility, balance and joint resilience while reducing strain on the spine, hips and shoulders.

Through awareness, timing and whole body connection, this class supports more efficient power, better movement and long term strength both on and off the court.
