We have our Summer Training Series starting on the 2nd June - so lets get involved and answer some of the most asked questions coming in!
What time on Saturday is it?💪
It will be at 8am on a Saturday morning
How long is the programme running for?🗓
It is running for 12 weeks
How does it work?🏋️♀️
When you sign up - you get 24 passes to book your preferred 2 classes per week to suit your schedule. The Saturday morning session will be for this Summer Series Community only - so that’s 3 classes per week for 12 weeks.
I am away for a week - do i miss out? 🌞
These passes are 24 over 12 weeks so you will have 2 extra passes from this mixed week to use
Eeecckk - I don’t like running and I see there’s running on the Saturday - so im not going to do it🏃♂️
PLEASE DONT STRESS - It is not a running programme - it is an outdoor session and you may need to shuffle/walk/run 100m so really its an all inclusive session. If you prefer not to run - please dont let this be the determining factor to not doing it....We can make adjustment to not run - no problem and you wont be the only one - our coaches are extremely accommodating and agile - so nothing is a problem!
I am a beginner - will this be suitable for me?✅
Remember- you chose your 2 sessions during the week so you could choose a beginners strength class, a mat pilates class - whatever floats your boat to get you moving - that is the priority.
What classes are included?❓
All sweat and mat pilates classes, such as; Ladies only strength, beginner strength class, spin classes, barbell classes, circuit classes. Reformer pilates classes or block book programmes are not included. Our final session on the 22nd August will be The SCC Community Games followed by our summer BBQ!
