🏆 Sheeran Cup Final 🏆

In our very last game of the season our u21 lads are on the brink of creating history in winning two cup finals in one season.

In a replay of the Patsy Brown Cup, the lads face off this Sunday vs Beechwood FC with the winners being crowned cup champions.

Lets get a good crowd out to Inchicore and support the lads 🔴⚫️

We are also seeking applications for a football coaching position with our Premier Saturday team for the upcoming season.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Coaching or management experience at a similar level.
- Coaching badges advantageous.

There’s absolutely no stopping our u21 lads at the moment who have reached another cup final this time in the Sheeran Cup, following a brilliant 3-2 victory in a very even game this morning at Kerdiffstown Park!

A bright start from the lads saw Mark O’Malley open the scoring early on. Rathcoole fought back to level the game at 1-1 after 30 minutes. A recharged group then made it 2-1 quickly into the second half saw Reuben Maher finish off an excellent move from a Conor Morrin assist. Adam Phelan made a big impact from the bench making it 3-1 with ten minutes left. A swift consolation goal gave Rathcoole late hope but the lads held on well!

A huge well done to the boys, we now look forward to the final on 31st May. 🔴⚫️

RESULTS ROUND UP

Our Saturday lads achieved yet another promotion on Monday night in a 3-3 draw in which the lads put in an exceptional performance while narrowly missing out on a league title on the final day of the season. Congratulations to Trinity Donaghmede FC we look forward to competing again next season.

In a busy schedule for our Major Sundays side, the lads ran out convincing 4-0 winners at home to St. James Gate FC with an impressive Olly Dunne hat trick leading to a comfortable victory.

A hugely intense game followed on Tuesday evening in the push for promotion as a last minute equaliser shared the spoils. We found ourselves 2-0 up in the first half but a spirited St John Bosco FC comeback saw them fight back to gain the lead before Matthew Tuite’s last gasp equaliser had the game end in a 3-3 draw.

Our last fixture of the season for our Major Sunday lads sees us face off against Stella Maris at Kerdiffstown Park to be confirmed!

Our u21 lads are out in yet another semi final this weekend as they face Rathcoole Football Club in the Sheeran Cup on Sunday morning.

The lads will be looking to continue their recent run of exemplary form to reach another cup final.

Let’s get a good crowd to Kerdiffstown to support the lads 🔴⚫️

Its winner takes it all as it comes down to the final game of the season in 1st vs 2nd in the last game to decide who wins the league title!

One more game, one win required. Our Premier 1 Saturday lads go head to head with league leaders on Monday night with a victory needed to seal a league title.

Let’s get a good crowd down to support the lads for this massive game 💪🔴⚫️
