A great run by Niamh Malone today at the Dublin Graded where Niamh won her 200m race and was rewarded with a superb time of 25.15 (+0.4), which is a new Monaghan County RECORD over the 200m.

Ulster Championships & Children's Games - Finn Valley Donegal.

Phoenix kids had a fantastic day out competing against the best young athletes in Ulster.

A huge congratulations to Beth Connolly , who won 🥉 in the U10 60m individually, along with Alannah Mc Aree they took 🥇 as the fastest pair in the 60m.

Well done everyone who represented Phoenix so brilliantly.

Best of luck Beth & Alannah as the progress to the National Championships 👏👏
