Inclusive Golf @ Concra Wood Golf Club ⛳🏌🏻‍♀️

This exciting programme is coming to Conra Wood Golf Club. This is for children with additional needs that would like to try golf, or upskill their golf skills.

Led by the club Pro golfer, participants will learn the basic golf skills and techniques in a fun class.

When: Saturday 12th, 19th September. 3rd, 17th & 24th Oct.
Where: Concra Wood Golf Club
Time: 17:00 - 18:00
Cost: €25 for 5 weeks

A great class starting today in Monaghan
If you have Parkinson's or know someone that may need this class let them know.

Where: St. Joseph's Pastoral Centre, Monaghan H18 VK77
When: Thursday 3rd September (6 week Programme)
Time: 2:00 - 3:00pm
Cost: €12 (covers 6 weeks)

This class will show you how to use activator poles for walking and exercise. You will improve: posture, step gait & mobility

Monaghan Sports Partnership and Walking For All can offer FREE Walk Leader Training and ongoing supports for your new group!

Next available walk leader training:

August 29th @ 11am in the Peace Campus Monaghan.

These training sessions are 2-3 hours long, are informal and include a few walks, refreshments and lunch! 🍵🥪😋

Inclusive Rugby Camp

A fun 3 day inclusive camp starts TOMMORROW at Monaghan Rugby Club. This camp is for children with additional needs.
Experienced coaches will lead the sessions.
Monaghan Rugby club also has an Inclusion team - The Rhinos.

HER Outdoors Week 2026🌿

Thank you to everyone who took part in HER Outdoors Week 2026 across County Monaghan. It was wonderful to see so many women and girls getting outdoors, trying new activities, and enjoying all that the outdoors has to offer.
