Insta Ladies Hockey Insta Ladies Hockey club is an energetic and fun loving club based in Limerick City. Munster Div 1 League, Munster Senior Cup and IHL2 champions 2019 �

Ladies 1st team are one of the top 10 teams in Ireland, playing in EYHL for the 2019/2020 season. 2nds team play in Munster Div 2 � Ladies 1sts team competing in the EY Hockey League; 2nds team competing in Munster Div 2.
