Na Piarsaigh Mothers & Others Gaelic Football team are on the lookout for a trainer/manager… experience with wild animals, children and event management all nice to have’s 😂

But let’s be clear….this is NOT your average team 👇

We are a group of women who:

🏃‍♀️ Enjoy learning (and occasionally remembering) the skills of Gaelic football
😂 Love a good laugh — sometimes more than a good pass
☕ Are just as committed to post-training chats as we are to training itself
💪 Commited to the Cause
🤝 We Welcome all levels of fitness and Skills - beginners VERY welcome!

Your Role ( the important stuff 👇):

✔️ Ability to tell us we’re doing great (even when we’re… not)
✔️ Patience of a saint 🙏
✔️ Can explain the same drill at least 4 times without losing the plot!
✔️ Comfortable with occasional chaos
✔️ Bonus: knows the skills of Gaelic football better than we do 😅

On this women's day, our Na Piarsaigh Limerick Gaelic For Mothers & Others held a brilliantly organised tournament in the club today with 8 participating teams. Photos & videos later once they get approved by the cencorship board !

💙Appreciation Post - Coach Finbar! 💙

Massive thanks to the one and only Finbar — founding member, sideline comedian, and the man who realised that coaching overage footballers suited him far better than coaching the underage 😂

For 3 years he has been an integral part of something big in Na Pairsaigh — a community built on friendship, fun, and football. Because of him, a bunch of strangers became teammates… and teammates became friends. 💙

Finbar doesn’t just coach football — he embodies the ethos of what we are all about. His energy is infectious, his humour unmatched, and his ability to make every single person feel welcome and valued is something truly special. Whether we were mastering the basics, attempting the impossible, or simply sharing a laugh on the pitch, he has brought joy into every session .

Thanks for everything, Finbar — you will always be part of our Gaelic family! And you also said you aren’t fully gone 😂😂
