Our 2026 Summer Camps are officially open for bookings.

After an incredible summer last year, where hundreds of children enjoyed unforgettable weeks of football, friendships, challenges and memories across Donegal, we're excited to do it all again.

Our Summer Camps have become one of the most anticipated parts of the summer for so many young players and thats clear from so many messages from parents asking when bookings are open. We provide a place where confidence grows, friendships are formed, skills are developed and memories are made...and we do it in style, just ask the kids!

From the first whistle to the final day, every camp is designed to deliver an elite experience in a fun, energetic and positive environment, giving every child a week they'll be talking about long after it's over.

You can expect:

World Cup Day Round II.... tomorrow morning from 10am.

We are as always fully booked so unfortunately, we have no spaces left, but thank you for the enquiries!

⚽️ SCHOOL FOOTBALL SESSIONS UNDERWAY FOR OPC ⚽️

We were delighted to begin our school football programme this week with 4 development sessions at Illistrin National School involving their 3rd and 5th Classes.

The sessions focused on developing key football fundamentals including dribbling, passing, movement, teamwork and game-based learning in a fun and positive environment. It was fantastic to see so many students engaging enthusiastically. Sessions included children experiencing football training for the first time to players already involved with local clubs.

Our aim is to help schools develop confidence, enjoyment and football ability within their students while also supporting preparation for upcoming competitions such as the FAI Schools Programme and the Letterkenny Cup.

We’re looking forward to returning again next week to continue building on the excellent work started with the students.

🏆 ALL IRELAND CUP FINAL DAY FOR 7 OPC ATTENDEES

Absolutely delighted for these lads to have made it to the All Ireland Final. They work hard in all sessions and its paying off 👏🏼

In their first competitive season, the team have produced an outstanding run to the final, topping their group and recording strong wins through the quarter and semi-final stages. They go into the final unbeaten, sitting as one of the top two teams in the country from 34 counties competing, so its a remarkable achievement at this level and age.

The final takes place at 5.15pm in Evergreen Park, Kilkenny, where all finals are being hosted. A huge occasion for the players, families, and everyone involved, with a long journey ahead before the final challenge against Cork.

As County coach to this team, I’m so proud to see how far they have come and to witness the level of football they put on display week in, week out. There’s not a week that goes by where a spectator doesn’t comment on the intensity of the sessions or the standard of gameplay for their age, and that’s an incredible thing to hear as a coach....not for me, but for them!

As many of you know I have had the pleasure of working with a number of these players through their club team over the past 5 years and at county level for the past 2 years. But on top of that Im lucky to have had them attend OPC since the start!
The best bunch to work with and great experiences to share with them all.

I am really proud of this group. The progress they’ve made, their attitude, and their togetherness has always been excellent and thats no exaggeration. It’s a special group to be involved with and this is a huge moment for them. We have built something great as a team and
regardless of how the final goes, we've already achieved something significant in getting to this stage and they should be very proud of that.

Everyone at OPC would like to wish the whole Donegal U12 squad the very best of luck in the final, and a special mention to OPC attendees Mason Oliver, Charlie Lynch, Scott McLaughlin, Femi Gallagher, Martin Okedoku, Michael Farren & Eoin Kilpatrick

UPDATES

Lots going on as usual, so just keeping you all in the loop:

1. TOURNAMENT DAY II - June Bank Holiday Monday
Bookings will close this Friday as we need to create the teams etc and get details out to everyone asap. Booking form in Bio.

2. SUMMER CAMPS
The schedule has been shared with the community and we will share here soon also. Bookings will open on the 1st June for all camps.

We will be in Letterkenny, Dungloe, Falcarragh and Swilly this summer and cannot wait for it all again!

3. WEEKLY SESSIONS
We only have space in the following groups sessions

Monday 4 - 5 - U12 Girls
Wednesday 4 - 5 - U12 Boys
Friday U10 & U8 Fully booked
You can join the waiting list for unavailable sessions if you like.

4. KIT ORDERS
Another Kit order will be going in next week for those who missed the last order. Final orders needed by Sunday please. DM me to go over sizes/personalisation/prices etc.

We have some exciting plans coming over the summer and look forward to sharing it all with you.
