🔙 THROWBACK — JANUARY 2026

⚽ OUR NEW 6/7 GROUP STARTED…

And what has happened since has been nothing short of phenomenal! 👏🔥

WHAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE?

🔹 Around 90% of these players are still training and playing with us every single week.

🔹 Over 50% have progressed to playing at a high standard with their U7 Club teams, including games against Shamrock Rovers and Rangers FC Academy.

🔹 Multiple players received call-ups to U8 and U9 Foyle Cup teams this summer.

🔹 The bug has well and truly been caught! 🐛⚽ Some of these young players are now training up to 5 times a week between ourselves and their club teams.

These young players are now competing at a standard and level associated with premier teams well before their years, and their growth and development at such a young age has been absolutely phenomenal.

One of the best decisions we made was bringing this amazing group into our sessions.

We’re incredibly proud of how far they’ve come in such a short space of time and we look forward to working with them and watching them develop for many years to come.

The journey is only beginning…. 🔥and we hope our new bunch of 6 year olds develop as successfully in such a short space of time.

We hear feedback like this all the time!!!

It doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen.

We’ve built our reputation around results, the best environment and positive-development coaching, helping players progress with us, and their teams.

Our players have gone from entry-level football with little or no confidence to:

📈 Growing in ability, confidence and understanding and excelling within their own groups and teams.

📈 Being regularly selected for academy trials, panels and other development opportunities.

📈 Earning places in some of the top- tier teams throughout the county.

📈 Moving from the bench into the starting lineup.

📈 Progressing to playing full games consistently.

📈 Becoming confident, capable players who trust their own ability and so much more.

The journey matters.

We don’t promise overnight transformations. We create the environment, coaching and support that allows development to happen.

And when the player buys into that process, the results can be incredible.

Thank you to the parents who let us know our sessions are working! We aren't always at matches to see the growth we see at sessions in action so it's great to hear this back!

FYI LETTERKENNY.....we are down to the last 20 spaces in Letterkenny for our Halloween Camp.

As always, we are looking out for our loyal regulars, as we know it can be hard to plan everything in advance or we can forget at times 🙈 so we are reserving 10 spaces for regulars now and the other 10/12 at a push places are open to the public.

👀 WHAT ABOUT WEDNESDAYS?

Our Wednesday session currently has spaces available, but we’re looking at potentially moving this session to better suit players’ schedules.

A lot of our players are also involved in Academy football, Gaelic and other commitments, so we want to find a day/time that works for as many players as possible.

We’re working on this behind the scenes and will have more information soon.

In the meantime, register your interest and we can have a chat about your availability for Monday/Wednesday and see what works best.

🚨 NEW GROUP LAUNCH 🚨⚽️

We are delighted to announce a brand new 6 year old group starting next week

Our current 6|7 year olds have gone from strength to strength since the new year and we have seen first hand their confidence grow, their skills improve and their love for the game develop week after week — so now it’s time for them to move up the levels and take on their next challenge 🔥

That means we now have limited spaces available for a new group of 6 year olds (girls & boys).

📅 Fridays
⏰ 4:00pm – 5:30pm
👥 Only 12 spaces available
💶 4 week block – €45
📆 Starting Friday 4th September

Back to school is the perfect time for a fresh challenge, a new routine and the chance to make new friends.

At OPC, we don’t know about the benefits of sport, we see them in action every single week. We see children grow in confidence, build new friendships, excel in new environments, adapt to change, learn teamwork and develop skills that go far beyond the pitch. And we dont just see it we hear it too... as our parents tell us that joining our sessions and a team has been one of the best decisions they have made for their children and has helped them in so many ways ❤️

What an incredible few days at Falcarragh camp! Three action-packed days full of football, fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories. The energy and enthusiasm from everyone all week was amazing, and it was fantastic to see so many smiling faces and great moments. Our 3 v 3 tournament was outstanding to finish of the football on Wednesday.

We completed the camp in style with our end-of-camp award ceremony, recognising players who stood out for their talent, effort, attitude, teamwork, and positivity.
