You were not only an amazing badminton player but, more importantly, a wonderful human being. Thank you for sharing your experience with all of us at Letterkenny Badminton Club and for inspiring and coaching our young talents during your time here.

We were heartbroken to hear about your illness, yet throughout your battle, you never lost your smile or your positive spirit. That is how we will always remember you.

On behalf of everyone at Letterkenny Badminton Club, we extend our deepest condolences to Esther, your children, and your family. Rest in peace, dear Oscar. You will never be forgotten.

Letterkenny Badminton Club is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of fellow badminton player David Duncan of Doorin BC.

Our heartfelt sympathies go out to David’s family, friends, and everyone at Doorin BC during this difficult time.
May David rest in peace.

The sudden death has occurred of David Duncan, Dromore, Mountcharles, Co. Donegal.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife Linda, his children Daryl, Deyna (Pete), Dale (Lauren), grandchildren Darcy, Delaney, Raymie & Rhys, his sisters Audrey, Pearl & Lorna.

Predeceased by his brothers Alan & Bert and his sister Mervyl.

At Rest.

Funeral service takes place on Thursday 15th January at 2pm, at Christ Church, Church of Ireland, Mountcharles (F94 FW73) followed by interment in St. John’s Churchyard, Cranny, Inver. (F94 N276)
