KONditioning presents: Preseason elite basketball training starting in august. From 10am-12 Tuesday and Thursdays for boys and girls from 12yrs-17years.

What an 18months it’s been. Master of science in Strength and conditioning from ATU Galway City to add to my BSC in exercise and health fitness.
And even better our family has grown.
Our gorgeous girl Grace is now 3 months old and has made life so much better than I could have imagined.

We are back up and running as usual!
All swim lessons and gym classes will be on at their usual times!!

Unfortunately our centre is without power this morning due to Storm Isha and will remain closed until electricity has returned.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
