Understanding Body Noise Workshop 26th April on sale now.

Our recording got cut half way but this was an interesting conversation about celebrity culture, why we might feel disappointed in celebrities who once represented diverse bodies in the mainstream, but we need to understand where it’s is coming from and how it traps us in a cycle of body dissatisfaction and noise. Body comparison is still a comparison, no matter what the body type.
