Jamie has officially stepped into the role of Head Coach at K78 Training. 👏

From day one, Jamie has brought huge energy, professionalism, accountability and care to every session, every member and every coach around him — so this was a very easy decision for us. 💪

As Head Coach, Jamie will be helping lead our coaching team, maintain the standard we pride ourselves on and continue delivering the atmosphere and experience that makes K78 what it is. 🚀

If you’ve trained with Jamie before, you already know the level he brings! 👊

MEMBER EVENT ☀️🥾

This Saturday, 23rd May, the K78 crew are heading to Ballinastoe, Co. Wicklow for our annual group hike, and somehow we’ve been blessed with unreal weather AGAIN. 😮‍💨🙌

Expect:
🌲 Incredible views
☀️ Sunshine (for once)
🥾 Good climbs & good chats
📸 Plenty of photo ops
🤣 The usual K78 chaos

This was one of the highlights of last year and we’re buzzing to do it all again with an even bigger crew this time around. 🙏

A reminder for everyone coming:
✔️ Wear comfortable runners/hiking shoes
✔️ Bring water & snacks
✔️ Dress for movement (layers recommended)
✔️ Good vibes mandatory

Big addition to the K78 Training coaching team! 💥

We’re buzzing to officially welcome Ciaran to the team as our new Strength & Conditioning Coach. 💪

With a background in clinical rehabilitation, performance training, and athlete development, he brings a serious level of knowledge and experience to K78. 🤩

From injury rehab right through to high performance strength training, his focus is simple…helping people move better, get stronger, and perform at their best. 🏋️‍♂️

Having worked across private clinical settings, team sport environments, and now coaching in Dublin, he’s already making a huge impact with members through his attention to detail, coaching style, and ability to adapt sessions for all levels. 👏

Qualifications in:
✔️ Strength & Conditioning
✔️ Orthopaedic & Soft Tissue Rehabilitation
✔️ Neuromuscular Therapy

Safe to say you’re in very good hands. 🤝

The only concern so far… the music choices. 🎶😅
Questionable at times, but we’ve decided to allow it for now as there’s been no formal complaints. 😂

We are on the lookout for experienced coaches with relevant qualifications, specialising in group coaching including indoor cycling and Hyrox sessions. If you’re passionate about fitness and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you! 😉

👀 What We’re Looking For:

- Qualified and experienced coaches who deliver exceptional 1-1 and group coaching in a dynamic environment.

- Team players who are organised, proactive, and align with our vision and mission.

- Flexible individuals who can work predominantly evening shifts, with the potential for early mornings and Saturday availability.

- A guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to 35-40 hours based on 1-1 sessions.

🔧Key Responsibilities:

- Coach 1-1 clients & group training sessions.

- Maintain a clean and safe gym environment.

- Engage with members to foster a supportive community.

- Design personalised training programmes and group sessions.

- Create engaging content for social media.
