IWA members in Lucan have been hitting the gym!

This has been such an amazing experience for the whole group. IWA would like to say a huge thank you to Active South Dublin and to Siobhan Gallier, Sports Inclusion Development Officer with SDCC, for their generous grant support. Their belief in our work means so much and helps us continue supporting our community in meaningful ways.

We’re also incredibly thankful to all the staff in InsanityFitness Pollyhops for working so closely with our members. Your kindness, time, and dedication don’t go unnoticed, and the impact you make is truly felt.

Wow… what a response!

After a successful introduction week with all future Insanity Kimmage members. We’re delighted to say that 4 out of 8 group pt groups are fully booked out with the rest with very little spaces available. Thank you to those who came and bought into our coaching right away🤝

👀🚀WE’RE BACK 👀🚀IFP GAMESDAY X ROCKY FITNESS. We are delighted to announce that our winter games day will be back Saturday 14th of December in collaboration with at Rocky Fitness Gym, Walkinstown, Dublin 12.We will be running a Team of 2 Only Fitness Competition that will test your strength and endurance and finish your year off in the right way🫡Categories ranging from Novice/Intermediate/Elite for Men’s, Women’s & Mixed Teams.Workouts will include mix of Strength/Endurance/ Synchronisation with this time round a little TWIST from our normal structure to give the best Games Day to date with some EPIC prizes up for grabs 👀TICKETS AVAILABLE IN BIO.

⚽️🏐‼️Attention All Sports Teams‼️⚽️🏐

We are delighted to announce we have opened up slots to accommodate sports teams of all ages this Autumn/Winter.

With the darker night & change in weather we know a lot of teams don’t having access to all weather training facilities twice a week. Our sessions can accommodate up to 20 players in our Heated Chamber which would be a cardio based session designed off heart rate training were we have straps and sensors for each player.

We also have the availability of a Strength & Conditioning based session which would be tailored to athlete performance.
