Train every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in a fun, safe and structured environment while building fitness, confidence and real boxing skills.

ADULT BOOTCAMP - STARTS WEDNESDAY 3RD JUNE

Want to learn how to box properly?
Our Fundamentals Boxing Class is designed for adults (16+) who are completely new to boxing and want to learn from the ground up in a friendly and structured environment.

You'll learn:
Stance & movement
Punch combinations
Bagwork
Skipping
Technical sparring drills

Every Wednesday 8:45pm - 10:00pm
Month 1:
Pay as you go
€10 per session
No membership required
After your first month, you can progress into our Senior, Novice and Adult Boxing Classes.

All you need to start is:
Handwraps
Boxing gloves (16oz men / 14oz women)
Places are limited.

Great show in the club on Friday. Thanks for Shamrock bc and and St Matthews for coming over.
We had a great crowd and a really enjoyable night. Fantastic performances from all the boxers. A big well done to everyone who got in and boxed.

And our boxer of the tournament was Sean Ó Murchú.

Sean had 3 tough fights against 3 good fighters back to back over the 3 days and won each one well. A brilliant tournament from Sean, Sean is down with us every night and it's a great example of hard work paying off.

Well done to all the boxers, happy to see all the good performances and building your experience.

Massive congrats to Milena Lucaci on winning the Dublin Championship last night

2nd round stoppage. Never in trouble.
That’s two Dublin titles in a row

After weeks in High Performance she’s now been picked to represent Ireland at the Futures Cup in Bangkok which is a qualifier for the Junior Olympics

Full Irish team were brought into the ring after the finals and announced to everyone. Proud moment for her and for the club.

Starting Wednesday the 7th

Every Wednesday night
8:45 – 10:00pm

This class is for adults who are new to boxing and want to learn things properly.

You’ll learn:
Stance and movement
Simple boxing combinations
How padwork works
Real schoolboy-style boxing fundamentals
Structured, beginner-friendly, and a great way to build confidence and skills.

Pay as you go – €10 per session
Cash or card accepted

You’ll need:
