I'd like to introduce Martin, who recently completed our 8 week transformation program. This was Martin's first ever structured strength and conditioning program and I think you'll agree, he made fantastic progress, losing a total of one and a half stone over the course of 8 weeks.
And considering that Martin built some quality lean muscle, the real fat loss is actually even more than the weighting scale would suggest!
Despite having to learn technique from scratch on all the exercises used, Martin excelled with every challenge thrown at him and during his final week, produced some excellent feats of strength including:
Benching 50kg for a total of 50 reps.
Squatting 70kg for a total of 50 reps.
Deadlifting 85kg for 33 reps.
But not only did Martin get stronger & leaner, as an keen runner, he also achieved some of his fastest ever times in his regular run distances.
