Located in the heart of Kilkenny and owned by former Irish Olympian and current Irish Record Holder in High Jump, Adrian O'Dwyer. Through Olympics, World and European events, this gives Adrian first hand experience with professional training techniques, strength and conditioning, and injury rehab.
