Nicky's Fitness Circuit/ strength training workout classes for men & women age 16+

Classes started on the 7th January 2014, Nicky's Fitness is now in it's third year!

Book a place now to get in shape! Intense circuit/ strength training/ boot camp workouts for both men and women. As you progress from week to week, so will the intensity of your workouts. Please contact me for bookings and with any queries you may have.

Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8pm & 8-9pm

Kilkenny Model School, Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny (Turn right opposit

e Glendine Inn, we're down that road in the school at the mini-roundabout, near Kilkenny College)

~Price~
FREE TRIAL CLASS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! Thereafter €50 upfront -2 classes per week, for 5 weeks (works out at €5 a class. This fee is non-refundable and paid in one go at the start of term, in the hopes that if you're feeling like you couldn't be bothered going one night, you'll find the motivation since it's already paid for!)

Ladies and Gentleman, I need your help!

After the current term ends next week the Model school need their hall back so unfortunately classes can't continue there!

If anyone knows of any community halls, schools with big halls or any other rooms that are big enough for classes in Kilkenny City please let me know, so the classes can keep going! Thanks in advance 💪

Last class of the term tomorrow night and a brand new 5 week term starts next week, Tuesday 9th May from 7.30 to 8.30pm!

To all current members, if you would like to do next term, please let me know on 0870561159 or pm the page and I'll put you down, and make sure to have the class fee (€50) with you on Tuesday the 9th before class or your place can't be held.

Anybody coming for a free trial class on Tuesday 9th, please have the fee (€45) for the rest of the classes with you and you can pay after your first class if you decide to sign up. Otherwise places can't be held. Thank you 💪

Sorry for the very late notice. There is no class tonight as the school is using the hall all evening and didn't notify me. I'm very sorry and will make up for this another day. Very sorry for the inconvenience!

All set for class this evening at 7.30pm. Second last week of this term and everyone is doing great- I'm already seeing progress!

Anyone hoping to start next term please let me know as soon as possible and I'll put your name on the waiting list as at the moment classes are full!
