Most of you will have come across Róisín in some of your sessions already. A most enthusiastic trainer who is bringing some unique energy to all her sessions 🙌

Already a Nutritionist and a Breathwork instructor, Róisín is our first working instructor in our gym to have come certified through our NGF Personal Training Academy where she learned her trade 🙏

With a competitive powerlifting background also Róisín is an avid training enthusiast and has plenty of personal knowledge to bring to her sessions.

New Semi-Private Timetable from the 3rd of November up to Christmas.

We have added an extra evening session onto the timetable on Thursdays at 7:30pm now.
-
We have added an extra booking slot to several of our evening sessions to accommodate demand also. Similar to our existing 7:30am Session that we trialled and has received great feedback.

New Class Timetable will be live from the 3rd of November - just some slight changes in the lead up to Christmas and we will review again for the new year - as always just trying to keep things interesting and add what we can based on demand.

Changes include 3 x 30 Minute Body Blitzes on a tuesday morning in place of Core and Cardio - these sessions are still intense with minimal rest but a little more flexibility with booking. 6am only members can do 6am or 6:30am on Tuesdays now also.

We have replaced Hyrox on Thursday evenings with a brand new RunStrong Class which will focus on strength specific for anyone doing running as a sport or field sports etc. this will be a 60 Minute long session.

Breathwork will not be on Thursday evenings and will now become flexible popups at different intervals including weekends.

As always we try to accommodate any requests for classes and if demand dips we always try something new 💪

We are lucky to get rewarded every day seeing our clients work hard and make progress but things like this are just a cherry on top and nice to be nominated. It’s a recognition of the care and effort our coaches and instructors put in with our clients day in and day out.
