πŸ’šπŸ’› Leinster Combined Events Championships – SETU Carlow πŸ’›πŸ’š

A fantastic day for St. Coca’s at the Leinster Combined Events Championships in Carlow today, with our athletes taking on the challenge of multiple disciplines across sprinting, jumping, throwing and middle-distance running.

πŸ₯‡ Maya Rus produced a superb all-round performance to become Leinster U12 Girls Quadrathlon Champion. Maya excelled throughout the competition and thoroughly deserved her gold medal after a dominant display across all four events.

πŸ‘ Anna Zhukova also represented the club in the U12 Girls Quadrathlon, competing strongly across all disciplines and gaining valuable championship experience.

πŸ’ͺ In the U12 Boys Quadrathlon, GarbhΓ‘n Prendergast delivered an excellent performance to finish just outside the medals in 4th place overall, while teammate Jan Mujadin also impressed with a strong and consistent series of performances to secure a top-ten finish.

⭐ In the U15 Girls Pentathlon, Mia Mujadin took on the demanding five-event competition and finished an excellent 7th overall, demonstrating great versatility and determination throughout the day.

Combined Events require athletes to step outside their comfort zone and compete across a range of disciplines. All of our athletes showed tremendous commitment, resilience and sporting spirit, representing St. Coca’s AC with distinction.

A huge congratulations to all our athletes, coaches and parents on another successful day for the club.

🟒🟑 Kildare Track & Field League 2026 -
A Fantastic Season for St. Cocas AC 🟑🟒

The final round of the Kildare Track & Field League took place last night in Celbridge AC, bringing another excellent league season to a close.

Over the past number of weeks, a large group of St. Cocas athletes have proudly represented the club across a wide range of track and field events. From sprints, middle-distance races and relays to jumps and throws, our athletes have shown tremendous commitment, enthusiasm and determination throughout the competition.

The Kildare League is one of the most important competitions of the year for developing young athletes. It provides opportunities to try new events, gain valuable competition experience, challenge personal bests and, most importantly, enjoy being part of a team.

As a club, we are extremely proud of every athlete who pulled on the St. Cocas singlet this season. Whether competing for the first time or as a seasoned league participant, each athlete contributed to the fantastic club spirit that was on display at every round.

A huge thank you also goes to our coaches, parents, volunteers and officials whose support and dedication make nights like these possible.

Congratulations to all of our athletes on a wonderful league campaign. We look forward to seeing your continued progress throughout the remainder of the summer season.

πŸ’šπŸ’› One Club. One Team. Proud to be St. Cocas AC. πŸ’›πŸ’š
