▪️Just trust me, always go one size down, even if you have a wide foot. Front silicone strap stretches/ during prep your foot is also getting smaller.
▪️Take in consideration that some heels models are designed particularly for a wide foot
▪️When most models will be for a normal/ narrow foot
▪️Platform vs No Platform - always read federations rules. IFBB - no platform strictly etc. If competing in several federations, IFBB and PCA (Beginners) as example, instead of buying two different models of heels, can get a pair of Gala01- I call it a universal model as 100% accepted in IFBB and nobody says anything in PCA. But when competing in PCA / NPC only, for sure platform heels to get only.
▪️Slip on vs Sandals - front strap in slip ons way wider, don’t need to afraid- they very comfortable and you will not loose them. In some categories and federations ‘better’ to go with sandals, but for aesthetical reasons (leg separation at the ankle, strap pin in the side poses), I wouldn’t go. Strictly no for Bikini division at IFBB as example, nice for Wellness division as gives more ‘heavy’ look for legs, benefit-as dominant lower body is this division’s criteria
▪️Don’t believe that these heels will stretch out. When silicone straps are cold, they back to original size (talking about original Fabulicious heels), silicone straps stretch from the heat - your body temperature or if a hairdryer is used (😉trick)
▪️These heels are practical and can serve you for years. After posing practice black marks from the heels can be easily wiped with a cotton & spirit. From the tan washed with a brush & soapy warm water.

Energy from your inside, confidence and the smile - main factors to attract attention and stand you out from the crowd.
Factors like bikini suit, hair and makeup have impact for overall look but as I what always say to my clients if you pose with a smile and confidence your posing f*ck ups will be less visible.
If you have problems with this it means only one - not enough P-R-A-C-T-I-S-E
No need to blame busy life as “You and only You”choose to compete. And if you want to achieve something new YOU need to do new actions/ learn new things and make time for this. Live and breathe with your dream.

Throw back to my first stage experience 9yrs ago.
Invisible crown is there all my entire posing presence on stage. Because yes, I won from 32 girls. And I motivated my friend to open a bar without any experience in hospitality industry because what he said to me years after if a person like you in the short period of time and new to a gym managed to set a goal, work hard and win, why I cannot do this. What he said to me shocked me. But that business was successful 5 years.
