Three weeks isn’t a long time

But when you’re trying to lose weight, build confidence, or change your body…

it can feel like an eternity

You start checking the scales every morning

Looking in the mirror every day

Wondering if all the effort is actually doing anything

And that’s usually when people quit

Not because the plan isn’t working

Because they expected it to work faster

The funny thing is, when we look at the data, the signs are usually there

Steps are up

Strength is improving

Energy is better

Consistency is building

Bodyweight is trending in the right direction

But when you’re looking at yourself every single day, it’s hard to see

That’s why most people never get the result they want

Not because they’re lazy

Not because they lack willpower

Because they leave the process too early

The people in this carousel didn’t transform because they were more motivated than everyone else

They transformed because they stayed around long enough to let the process work

Progress is slow

Until suddenly it isn’t

If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, send me INFO and I’ll show you exactly how our Biofitness Cut Club helps busy people lose fat, build consistency and finally stay on track long enough to see the result

Only €99 per month

No extremes

No meal plans

No living in the gym

Just a process that actually works if you stick with it

For years, Deek believed he was “the skinny guy”

Not in a casual way

In a genuine belief kinda way way

“This is just who I am”

I’ve known him for over 20 years

School
Nights out
Holidays
My wedding

if you’d asked him at any point during that time if he thought a photoshoot like this was possible...

He’d have laughed

Not because he didn’t want

Because

he genuinely didn’t believe it was available to him

This is what happens when a label follows you for long enough

Eventually it stops being something people say about you

It becomes something you believe about yourself

The interesting thing is that when Deek reached out to me, it felt like one last attempt

Years of frustration had convinced him that maybe his body just wasn’t capable of changing

At one point he’d even started wondering if steroids were the only answer

But over the next two years he did something most people aren’t willing to do

He stayed patient
He trusted the process
He kept showing up
Not perfectly
Consistently

And over that time he built more than 5kg of lean muscle naturally

Which is incredible

But honestly?

The muscle isn’t the bit I’m most proud of

The photoshoot isn’t either

It’s watching one of my best mates stop letting an old belief dictate what was possible for his future

Because that’s the thing about transformation.
Most people aren’t held back by their body

They’re held back by the story they’ve been telling themselves about it

And for years, Deek’s story was
“I’m just the skinny guy.”

Turns out he was wrong

Proud of you mate 👊

‘I have never in my life had the confidence to a take a pic with my top off’

If you spoke to Sean today, he’s never felt better.

But

Its not always been this way

You’d be surprised that a man who’s seen in the gym 3-4 days every week wouldn’t have confidence in his body composition

Ironically this is the exact reason he was going to the gym

Sean ended up in a cycle of trying to work harder to FORCE his body to change

Sean didnt have a work ethic issue, hes the type of person who would keep working until he was told to stop even if nobody was looking

What we DID have to do was Channel his energy and work ethic

We built a roadmap that allowed our intentions to be super clear

Initially a fat loss phase so that we could actually see some of the muscle that Sean had built over the years and we could get used to constructive nutrition habits

We didnt just want to aimlessly lose weight we wanted to maximise body composition

Sean’s managed to make more progress in 4 months than he did in 4 years

No more wasted gym session❌

Instead of training 4 days a week doing useless junk volume exercises with limited progression we laser focused his training 👨‍🔬

We needed a big Focus on getting good at movement patterns and building strength in key indicator lifts to give him the biggest bang for his buck 💪

Building habits that help ✅

Nutrition to fuel and serve body composition

daily movement to keep food high and allow better recovery

We’ve unlocked Sean version 2.0. however mans only scratching the surface as has plenty of big goals ahead

As a wise man once said ‘Big tings coming’

Seans priorities will always be a husband and a dad, hes now just managed to maximise his time and energy

You can do the same too….

You wouldn’t guess it meeting today, but when she first reached out, she was stuck spinning her wheels in the gym, unsure if anything she was doing was actually working.

Her effort was there, but the results didn’t match.
She doubted herself. She felt lost.
And if you’ve ever felt the same, you’re not alone.

What changed everything?
She made a clear decision to back herself and followed a plan built on structure, support, and progress she could actually track.

Since then:
• 3 powerlifting comps, placing gold and silver
• A 10k and half marathon under her belt
• A photoshoot in the shape of her life
• Solo hyrox

But more than any medal or milestone, she’s gained something even more powerful ,control over her health and confidence in her process.

No more guessing. No more second-guessing.
Just clarity, consistency, and the results to show for it.

If you’re ready to feel that same shift and want to talk about what that could look like for you, just message me the word ‘Info.’

We’ll take it from there.

When you’re a parent getting in shape is much more than just dropping body fat and building muscle.

Be the inspiration to others 💪

This ones a little diffrent

Ive been mates with deek for over 20 years

He was best man at my wedding

But

For as long as I've known Deek...

He was "the skinny guy."

The one who could eat whatever he wanted.

The one who struggled to put on weight

The one who always thought everyone else could build muscle easier than him.

And after hearing something long enough, its hard not for that to have an impact and it alters your belief

You start believing
"This is just who I am."

I was genuinely buzzing when he asked for a bit of help because being honest theres a massive reason deeks my best mate

He works harder than almost anyone ive ever met AND he likes things said directly

We can work with that 😅🤣

This wasnt about a photoshoot

This was about building belief in the fact he could get results and see real change

The photoshoot was just the bookmarking a  chapter

The real story was everything that happened before it

The sessions nobody saw when he got up early- even though as a dad of 2 young kids he wanted to sleep in

The tracking meals when nobody was watching

The showing up when he doubted himself

Its a constant effort needed to challenge a belief he'd carried around for most of his life

Because building muscle isn't just physical

There needs to be an identiry change

That's exactly what Deek did

The funny thing is...

Even now, he's probably still harder on himself than anyone else would be

He still doesn't always see what everybody else sees

But that's probably why he's achieved what he has

The photoshoot wasn't about proving anything to anyone else

It was about recognising how far he's come

And for someone who spent years convinced he'd always be "that skinny guy"...

Having the confidence to step in front of a camera and celebrate the work he's put in is something he should be incredibly proud of

Best shape of his life

So far. 👊

Weekly round up ⚔️

Got to rub oil on my best mate (helped get him in shape too I guess 🤷‍♂️ )

Hospital appointments with Jenn as we’re on the countdown

Fanta lemon is the 🐐 of summer drinks when you’re sober

Another mate had an alternate ‘sled pull’ he wanted me to give a go, didn’t realise I was just helping him build a house 👀

As always have a better appreciation for what females go through when getting spray tans lol

Lifting is getting better and we’re about to close our doors so client intake is busy.

Felt like my watch was giving me signs to give up the running as it didn’t sync.

The wee man tried to plunge me but learned a harsh lesson (start them young)

Most people look at Gary and see 17kg lost

I don’t

I see someone who stopped quitting on himself

Because the difference between these photos isn’t a diet

It’s hundreds of small decisions made when nobody was watching

The early morning walks

The meals he could have skipped tracking

The weekends that didn’t go perfectly

The days motivation disappeared

The moments he wanted to say:

“I’ll start again Monday.”

But didn’t.

That’s the bit social media misses.

Transformation rarely happens in one big moment.

It happens when you stop treating health like a temporary project and start treating it like part of who you are

Gary didn’t wake up one day looking like the photo on the bottom right

He became that person gradually

Week after week

Month after month

Decision after decision

That’s how confidence is built

That’s how energy comes back

That’s how you stop feeling uncomfortable in your own ski.

And that’s why the people who get the best results aren’t usually the most motivated

They’re the people who keep showing up long enough for the boring stuff to work

Applications for 1-1 coaching close May 31st.

If you’ve spent another summer saying:

“I know what I need to do...”

Maybe it’s time to finally do it.
