A special thank you to all the teachers, staff and organisers who helped make the event such a success. The weather was certainly on our side too, making for a perfect day of sport, activity and smiles all around! ☀️💙

As both a mainstream and autism class teacher, I have had the opportunity to work with Niall and have seen first-hand the enormous benefits the programme brings to children of all abilities.

The sessions are engaging, inclusive and extremely well-structured, with a strong focus on fundamental movement skills while also incorporating a wide variety of PE strands. The children look forward to every lesson and participate with enthusiasm and confidence.

Over time, I have seen significant improvements in gross motor skills, coordination and movement, as well as in the children’s ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team and communicate effectively with their peers. The programme also promotes cooperative learning, resilience and self-confidence in a very positive and supportive environment.

What stands out most is Niall’s ability to adapt activities to suit the needs of all learners, ensuring every child feels included, successful and motivated. The impact of Fitkids extends far beyond physical education and has had a very positive influence on the children socially and emotionally as well.

I would highly recommend Fitkids to anybody looking for a high-quality, inclusive and engaging PE programme!

Another busy week of FitKids sessions 💪☀️

From tunnels and obstacle courses to agility drills and races, the energy has been high and the fun never stopped! 🌈🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

With the warmer weather here, we’ve been making sure everyone stays active, hydrated, and smiling 😅💧 Lots of water breaks, plenty of movement, and even more teamwork and laughter along the way!
