To raise funds and awareness for Corticobasal Degeneration(CBD) and Dementia Research in aid of PSPA Ireland and in memory of Margaret Finnegan and Bernadette Mackle.

Congratulations to everyone in Faughart Rovers FC on completing the criteria for the FAI Club Mark Entry Level Award. The FAI Club Mark is an award for grassroots clubs based on best practice in their management and administration. The programme aims to support and encourage clubs to improve standards off the field with the result of having Stronger Clubs and a Stronger Game.

Kicking CBD: Point Celtic V Faughart Rovers FC

Jack Finnegan and the teams are gearing up for the Kicking CBD fundraiser for PSPA Ireland. Corticobasal Degeneration is a rare progressive neurodegenerative brain disease that affects mobility, co-ordination and thinking. Often starting with stiffness in an arm or limb on one side of the body. Then progression to difficulty with everyday tasks, changes in speech, thinking and memory. There is currently no cure or disease modifying treatment. Help Jack to raise funds and awareness. Share this post, donate or attend the match in Dundalk on 12th September when Point Celtic take on Faughart Rovers FC
