This past week hasn’t looked like the plan I had in my head.

As a coach, I’m used to being the one pushing, motivating, showing up strong for others… but life has a way of humbling you and reminding you that you’re human first.

After my ACL ruptured injury, I had moments where I felt stuck, frustrated, even a little lost. I still have a long way to go…My routine changed, my training changed, and for a second… I questioned everything. But being around my clients, still coaching, still showing up (even on crutches, even with a brace) gave me something powerful: perspective.

I realized I can still move forward — just differently.

This season is teaching me patience, resilience, and a new level of mental strength. It’s not about doing everything perfectly, it’s about doing what you can with what you have.

To my clients and anyone going through a tough time right now:
Your journey won’t always go to plan… and that’s okay.
Adapt. Reset. Keep going.

Because growth doesn’t stop when life changes — it just looks different. 🫶🏾

I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach specialising in helping people transform their bodies, mindset, and performance through structured training, discipline, and intelligent movement.

I combine science-based programming with real-world coaching to deliver sustainable, long-term results.

I am also a Personal Trainer, Dance Fitness Instructor, and current student of Athletic Therapy & Rehabilitation, which allows me to integrate performance training with injury-aware, evidence-based coaching.

I’m the founder of Project Fitness — a coaching platform built around strength, energy, discipline, and long-term transformation.

I teach the technique, then step back and observe your performance.

My goal is to give you the guidance you need to understand how each exercise should feel and be performed correctly. With consistent practice, you should be able to execute and apply these movements independently in the future, using the knowledge you’ve built.
