Our KP Performance Coaching Foundation Fitness Class for boys and girls aged 10–14 is moving to a new time!

🕠 NEW TIME: Every Wednesday, 5:30pm–6:15pm

This class is perfect for young people who are new to sport, new to fitness, or simply looking to build confidence and get more active in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

With a storm forecast for this Bank Holiday weekend, we want to let everyone know that KP Performance Coaching Golf Studio will remain open as scheduled, with our usual weekend hours and Bank Holiday Monday hours.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on the storm’s development throughout the weekend and will provide updates if anything changes.

🎙️ FROM DUMBBELLS AND GOLF CLUBS TO RADIO MICS! 💪📻

Today, Paddy dropped the dumbbells and picked up the microphone as he joined Greg Hughes on Highland Radio to chat about the journey, growth and future of KP Performance Coaching & KP Golf Studio! 🏋️‍♂️⛳

It was a fantastic opportunity to share our story, talk about how far the business has come over the past year, and highlight what we're building here in Donegal Town.

A huge thank you to Greg Hughes and all the team at Highland Radio for having us on the show. We really appreciate the opportunity to get our story out there and showcase what we do.

We'd also like to say a special thank you to DLDC (Donegal Local Development Company) for their continued support, guidance and mentoring throughout the past year.
