You asked, we listened! 🙌

We’re delighted to welcome Dr Fiona Barry to our Ballincollig club on 17th November at 7pm for her talk, “Sane, Sexy and Strong”.

So many of our members have asked us to bring Dr Barry to One Arena, and we’re thrilled to make it happen!

We’ll have treats and drinks on the night, plus plenty of resources from Dr Barry to take home.

This is a complimentary workshop, and friends are welcome too. Bring someone along who’d enjoy it. The more, the merrier!

Book your place through the app. We can’t wait to see you there!

Lower back feeling stiff? Give these stretches a try.

A little gentle movement can help ease tension and get you moving more comfortably. Take it slowly and keep each stretch within a comfortable range.

Save this post for your next warm-up, before bed or first thing in the morning. A few minutes is a good place to start.
