ITEC diploma in gym instruction
ITEC diploma in personal training

ITEC diploma in body conditioning
ITEC qualification in nutrition
ITEC qualified indoor cycling
Fetac qualification in sports nutrition
Fetac qualification in sports psychology
qualified first aider and cardiac responder

Simon is the May Member of the Month๐ŸŽ‰

Simon began his training with One Arena in September 2025.

His main goal was to improve his body composition (reduce body fat and increase muscle) and build a sustainable training regime.

Over the past 8 months, Simon has trained consistently each week. His consistency has paid off, resulting in increased strength and cardiovascular fitness ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Simon is a gentleman. He shows up, does the work, no fuss!

He is a pleasure to coach, and aย member we truly value within our club.

Karen is the May Member of the Month๐ŸŽ‰

Karen started her journey with One Arena Pouladuff in October 2022.ย 

She trained there for 2yrs before changing to Passage. (I think she missed me when I moved to Passage!!!)

Over her 3.5yrs, she has been 100% dedicated.ย 
She began by training twice a week but soon increased to 3 times a week, maintaining incredible consistency ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Her training is now non negotiable; it is embedded into her week. Karen attributes this to accountability and community.

Karen is stronger, fitter, healthier and happier. She is a model member, and we are so proud of her ๐Ÿ‘‘
