Whether it be through Personal Training or Fitness Classes I will motivate, advise and assist so that goal will be achived and much more. Qualifications:

ITEC diploma in gym instruction
ITEC diploma in personal training
ITEC diploma in studio
ITEC diploma in body conditioning
ITEC qualification in nutrition
ITEC qualified indoor cycling
Fetac qualification in sports nutrition
Fetac qualification in sports psychology
qualified first aider and cardiac responder

🤩 BALLINCOLLIG MEMBER OF THE MONTH 🤩

Simon is the May Member of the Month🎉

Simon began his training with One Arena in September 2025.

His main goal was to improve his body composition (reduce body fat and increase muscle) and build a sustainable training regime.

Over the past 8 months, Simon has trained consistently each week. His consistency has paid off, resulting in increased strength and cardiovascular fitness 🔥

Simon is a gentleman. He shows up, does the work, no fuss!

He is a pleasure to coach, and a member we truly value within our club.

🤩 PASSAGE WEST MEMBER OF THE MONTH 🤩

Karen is the May Member of the Month🎉

Karen started her journey with One Arena Pouladuff in October 2022.

She trained there for 2yrs before changing to Passage. (I think she missed me when I moved to Passage!!!)

Over her 3.5yrs, she has been 100% dedicated.
She began by training twice a week but soon increased to 3 times a week, maintaining incredible consistency 💪🏼

Her training is now non negotiable; it is embedded into her week. Karen attributes this to accountability and community.

Karen is stronger, fitter, healthier and happier. She is a model member, and we are so proud of her 👑

Judy & Colman is the May Member of the Month🎉

These two are the definition of consistency. Rain or shine, twice a week, every week, Judy and Colman show up and give it everything they have got. No excuses, no skipping, just pure dedication and great energy every single session 💪🏼

The strength gains they have made speak for themselves, and their attitude on the floor is always something that lifts the whole room. Always ready to learn, always pushing themselves a little further, and always with a smile on their faces ☀️

🔥 ONE ARENA GAMES 2026 🔥

Saturday June 6th | 8AM • 9AM • 10AM

This year the Games are bigger, louder, and more competitive than ever — with all 3 clubs going head-to-head LIVE in their own locations! 💥

Each session becomes a team, with members from Pouladuff, Ballincollig & Passage West battling it out for points through reps, calories & metres 🏆

A live leaderboard will be displayed on all TV screens throughout the morning so you can track which club and session is leading in real time!⏰

At the end of the 10AM session, we’ll crown the overall winning club and session 🎉 Prizes up for grabs for the top performers!

✅ Open sessions — all members encouraged to join ✅ Friends & family welcome ✅ Kids corner, coffee, food & drinks on the day
