Squad it was Hollys last class on Thursday night 🥺

Another Tuesday night which means it’s ‘Core Mobility!’ in Squad tonight at 18:30!

Tomorrow we have ‘Detention’ at 16:30 and ‘Squad45!’ at a NEW time of 18:00!

If you would like to start classes for the summer then just get in touch and we can get you set up with your first class for FREE!

Our classes are for everyone! All levels can enjoy our classes and we make sure that everyone is happy and safe.

We would like to wish Alex the happiest of birthdays! Alex has been a breath of fresh air since he join Squad in October 2022! By far the busiest PT I have had in Squad which is a big call to say the least! His classes are amazing and his music is even better! ❤️
