The benefit of just hitting balls.

Sometimes you just need to whack a few balls, no need to worry about technique or where the balls are going, alignment or going through a routine.

Just hit ball after ball, it’s a great stress reliever, the joy of hitting the ball, seeing it fly into the distance. There’s no real need to put too much thought in, just continue to hit balls.

After a stressful day, it’s a great way to wind down.

Not every day has to be about practicing or getting better, sones days you should just hit.
