Closed for business from Friday the 1st of November.

I have re - wrote this post 10000 times and it still feels just as bitter sweet/terrifying/surreal (And much more).. But I have made the decision to step away from Gigi's Energy Gym to let my travel dreams come to life.✈️

I am so sorry to those of you still waiting to start that I didn't get a chance to work with yet.🖤
I am so grateful for how jam packed it has been since week one and the loyalty and support has been insane.

I have made true friends for life in this safe space, All of which know more about me than most my friends or family.🤣 There has been endless laughs and tears (from the burpees oopssss) and so many memories made. I really cannot thank each and every one of my clients past & Present enough. You have all left a little piece of your amazing selves with me.💜

Even though this has been one of the most difficult decisions I have made I am so excited to go and develop myself a trainer whilst spreading a bit of Gigi's Energy along the way.✨

As they say, It's not a goodbye but a see you later..🧚✨💜🖤

When was the last time you ✨ changed up✨ your daily routine or created new goals?

The class you go to or the coffee shop you use on your break? Or what about the route you walk / run in the evening? Or your goals with your trainer?

If you feel a sense of "meh" creeping in and mental health is feeling lowwwww then start from scratch and look at your basics.. This happens everyone whether we realise it or not! We are human and we thrive off of those little butterflies that come with the fear of the unknown.🦋✨

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying change your job daily!😅 But if you are feeling a little lost with where to start then start small and look at when the last time you changed things up! You will be surprised at how much better you will feel once you create some diversity in your week. Order a different coffee to usual or book into a random class this evening! No one is going to judge you only that little internal voice that loves to keep things in the comfort zone.🫣

It's great to have a baseline of routine but push yourself to find outlets in your day to day that spark some fire in your soul no matter how big or small they are! If you are working with a trainer then create some new goals, Push yourself even harder than you think you're capable of in your next session and watch that excitement fuel your day after it.🙌🏼

We are not made to be robots so don't live like one! And absolutely nothingggg comes from your comfort zone. You are the only one in control of your day so do your best to take control of it.🖤

Where do you even start when you receive words like these?🥹

It is such an amazing feeling to work with someone who is so focused & Dedicated to their goals. Aoife came into GEG already with a great foundation to her fitness journey and knowledge of training but needed someone to push things forward with some new training approaches and also some encouragment to move past boundaries that were intimidating alone!

To sum things up in a few words.. Our girl Aoife is a lil baddie who can lifttttttt🥵❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I am SO proud of this gorgeous girl and I am SO thrilled she chose GEG as her happy place 💜🖤
