Cobh Wanderers wish to send sincere condolences to the family and friends of Paddy Bruton who has passed away. The club has been well served by the Bruton family over the years. Paddy’s sons Stephen and Willie along with his grandson Stephen all wore the black and amber with distinction. Our thoughts and prayers are with all his family at this sad time.

Cobh Wanderers were delighted to welcome Wayside Celtic to Old Church Park for their 4th round Intermediate cup tie yesterday. It was a great opportunity for to catch up with former Wanderers captain and current chairman of Wayside Celtic, Mick Mason. Mick is pictured in the Ballynoe Inn after the game with former playing partner Terry Shealy, club treasurer Sean Geasley and Niall O' Rourke from our senior management team. We hope Wayside enjoyed their visit, despite the result, and we wish them well for the future where we will no doubt cross paths again.
