Congratulations to Sensei Joe Hunter on passing 6th Dan black belt in England at the weekend. This is a wonderful, hard earned achievement and recognition from IJKA JAPAN World Chief Instructor Sensei Takato of both his personal development and his committment to the overall development of karate in Ireland. As a club we are incredibly proud of him.

Congratulations to all the students from Passage West Karate Club who successfully graded last night, under Ijka Ireland Chief Instructor Sensei Brian Toomey 7th Dan. You all done amazingly well. It is great to see you all climbing the ranks, from our young beginners through to our well established brown belts who are quickly closing in on that illusive black belt. You should all be very proud of your efforts. It was no easy task. Hard work pays off. Oss
