We are located right by the ocean, with beautiful sea views from our property. Enjoy our guest rooms overlooking Clonakilty Bay or take in the view while dining in our Adrift Restaurant 🌊

Not sure what you would like your wedding to be? We cater for both big and small celebrations on the Wild Atlantic Way. We are here to help, answer any questions you may have, and make planning your special day an enjoyable experience 💍

We grow our own produce, meaning much of the food you enjoy during your time with us comes straight from our garden or is made using ingredients grown here at Dunmore House 🌱

We are proudly family-owned and family-run, which means you will often find us in all areas of the hotel, including the kitchen! Dunmore House is our home, and we love sharing it with you 🫶🏻

Growing at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, our crops are nurtured by West Cork sunshine, sea breeze, fertile coastal soil and Dunmore House Hotel Gardeners! Then harvested and prepared by our talented chefs, and served to our guests.

Each ingredient tells a story and is celebrated on the plate!

The doors open, the pace changes. What was quiet preparation moments ago is now a precise, perfectly timed rhythm. Orders come in, plates move, the pass comes alive and every member of the team knows exactly where they need to be.

At our Adrift Restaurant, the pace is fast, but the feeling is calm. Nothing is rushed. Every movement has purpose, every detail is accounted for and every second counts ❣️

This is service at our Michelin Guide restaurant: focused, disciplined and completely in sync. A kitchen moving at full speed, while staying firmly in control. This is what happens behind the pass before the plates leave the kitchen!

While Summer fades into Autumn at Dunmore House, the kitchen is moving at full pace. This is the behind the scenes of late August: prepping, organising, setting and getting everything ready our Adrift Restaurant dinner service!

And there is another kitchen running alongside this too! As casual dining gets underway on one side, the team is simultaneously preparing for what is to come on the other. A beautifully organised kind of chaos, where timing, precision and teamwork make all the difference. Every second counts.

Many a celebration has been held in this special ballroom, overlooking the Wild Atlantic Way. For weddings, it is where we serve dinner to our guests, have speeches, dancing, music and more!

The chandelier has been here since we opened this space in the 1960s!
