Ever fancied trying rugby? Clane RFC is starting a Give It a Go block for women who've never played 🏉

Six Wednesday nights at 8pm under lights at Ballinagappa Road, starting Wednesday 21 October. It's for women 18+, any fitness, no experience needed. No contact for the first couple of weeks, and it's free to try.

It's coached by Jen, who only started playing at 23 and went on to win 13 caps for Ireland, so it's never too late.

Come on your own or bring a friend. Just turn up, or message Clane RFC on Facebook or Instagram () and we'll look out for you ❤️🖤

Ciara Leacy and Isabelle Kavanagh have been attending training sessions with North Midlands and on Monday night they trained at the IRFU High Performance Centre in Blanchardstown as part of the North Midlands set-up.

The girls have been busy throughout the summer, putting in the hard work and training with the North Midlands squad. 💪🏉

We’re incredibly proud to have two of our youth players involved with the North Midlands set-up and we look forward to supporting them throughout the season.

The girls are fantastic ambassadors for the sport and are a credit to the club

💛 Isabelle plays with our U18 Wolves Girls team, while
❤️ Ciara plays U16s with Clane RFC.

And both attend Scoil Mhuire Clane and are in 4th year transition.
