Here at KJ Strength and Performance we pride ourselves in our top quality coaching and our no BS goal based fitness program. We are here to make you stronger, faster and a whole lot leaner. Our program is geared towards performance, but couple that with our nutrition guidelines and that athletic body you have always wanted is just around the corner. members achieve are nothing short of outstanding. If you are into fad diets and quick fixes this place is not for you. If you are determined and open to instruction and will give it everything you have every time you step through our doors there is no other place like it. We don't exercise, we train. 🏆 Congratulations to our June member of the month… Ritchie 🏆

Hardworking and determined, Ritchie shows up and gives every session his best—even on the days he doesn’t feel like it. Once focused mainly on strength training, he’s now a regular in our HYROX classes too.

With a new baby at home and even with very little sleep, he still makes time to train, knowing that some exercise is always better than none. That consistency and mindset are what make him stand out.

Ritchie is a pleasure to coach, always up for a chat, makes friends with everyone around him and is a valued part of our KJ community. Well deserved! 💪👏

Mac started her journey focusing on strength training, but has pushed herself to take on HYROX and running too. It’s been incredible to watch her continue to grow stronger every step of the way 💪🏃‍♀️
