Powerlifting Intro Course
Aged between 16 and 23??
We are looking to add to our junior team.

This course is designed to teach you the basics of powerlifting and learn about the sport. Our main focus will be the technique of the Squat, Bench and Deadlift.

If you have been training for awhile and would like to get a feel for powerlifting or if you have never trained before and would like to try powerlifting this course will be for you.

Only 6 spots available

Days and Times
Monday 5pm Thursday 6.15pm and Saturday 10am

Massive well done to Nicole and Gemma who have been selected to represent Ireland at the European Masters in France with the irish powerlifting federation in March.

Big well done to Alex on another great comp at the masters national's in Dublin with 95kg squat just missing the 100kg on a small bit of depth which she'll smash at her next comp 57.5kg bench and 135kg deadlift. Big thanks to Nicole for handling Megan, Siobhan and Alex and to Jason for handling Gemma on the day.

Big well done to Siobhan aka the bandon beast on a great performance yesterday at the masters national's in Dublin with 107.5kg squat 50kg bench and 160kg deadlift adding 15kg to her total.

Massive well done to this young lady at only 17 years of age adding 22.5kg to her total since her last comp. 120kg squat 60kg bench and 147.5kg deadlift and take the National total record home with her. Brilliant work today Megan.

Big well done to Laura today coming 3rd in Belfast. Squat 130kg Bench 60kg and Deadlift 155kg adding 17.5kg to her total 💪
