45-minute Body Pump class is a full-body strength workout that uses a barbell, weight plates, and high-repetition movements set to motivating music. The class targets all major muscle groups—including legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms, and core—through a series of choreographed exercises like squats, presses, deadlifts, rows, and lunges.
With light-to-moderate weights and lots of reps, Body Pump is designed to build muscular endurance, improve strength, and boost calorie burn. Instructors guide you through proper technique and offer options to adjust intensity, making the class suitable for both beginners and experienced participants.
Class is limited to 5 people to ensure the full attention to each and every person
