In one class, a teacher can be a mind coach, a motivator, a confidence builder, a safe place, a role model, a physio, a fitness instructor, a choreographer, a lace-tier, a problem solver, a mediator, a timekeeper, a memory bank, and a cheerleader.
We’re thinking about who was here last week, who learned the step, who missed it, who needs it again, who’s struggling, who’s flying, and who just needs to be seen.
And somewhere at the bottom of the list, we’re also a social media manager, a planner, an admin, a marketer.
This isn’t taking from any other sport or activity.
It’s the invisible work behind the music.
Because we don’t just teach your children.
We care for them.
We believe in them.
And we love them with our whole hearts.
