I’ve had a few people ask what’s included in personal training so have a gander down below to find out ⬇️
First thing is 24/7 support: i don’t just worry about you during that one hour throughout the day that we have a session, I’m here around the clock, just a message away to help with any questions or concerns you may have!
Tailored programmes: each programme is tailored specifically to you and your goals. And it’s not just a one size fits all or “here ya go, work away” approach, i will take the time to explain why everything is there and adjust certain aspects of it if needed.
Help tracking progress: a very important part of everyone’s fitness journey, I will be providing guidance to you on how to accurately track progress!
Nutrition advice: whether your starting your fitness journey or looking to advance your training even more, nutrition will be key 🔑 I will be on hand to help you out as best as I can!
