Mélyépítési kihívás a Dohány utcai Zsinagóga mellett🏗️🏛️
Budapest történelmi belvárosában, a Dohány utcai Zsinagóga közvetlen szomszédságában valósítottuk meg a Seven Pearl ingatlanfejlesztés munkatérhatárolását és földmunkáit design&build konstrukcióban. Az épített örökség megóvása, a műemléki homlokzat megtartása, a szűk munkakörnyezet kiemelkedő mérnöki és organizációs kihívást jelent***ek. A több mint 100 talajhorgony és 24 acél dúc által megtámasztott résfal előtt közel 10 méter mélységű földkiemelés t***e lehetővé a 2 szintes mélygarázs szerkezetépítését. A kivitelezés 2026 májusában, a megrendelő elvárásainak megfelelő minőségben zárult.
A Deep Excavation Challenge Beside the Dohány Street Synagogue🏗️🏛️
In the historic downtown of Budapest, in the immediate vicinity of the Dohány Street Synagogue, we delivered the excavation support and earthworks for the Seven Pearl real estate development under a design-build contract. The preservation of the built heritage, retention of the historic façade, and the highly constrained construction environment posed significant engineering and organizational challenges. An excavation reaching nearly 10 metres in depth, carried out in front of a diaphragm wall supported by more than 100 ground anchors and 24 steel struts, enabled the construction of a two-level underground parking structure. The project was completed in May 2026, meeting the client's quality expectations.
