Our team spent several fascinating days in Rabat & Casablanca as part of the Department for Business & Trade delegation at the UK - Morocco Business Forum. We took the opportunity to speak with Moroccan companies about our Business Performance Improvement service.

Our Managing Director - Stuart Snowden - was recently featured in the European Sponsorship Association (ESA) Member Spotlight. The themes he covers are ones we keep coming back to across the industry.

The piece covers why sponsorship is now even more strategic, and what that actually requires in practice. In the spotlight he discusses several points:
- The industry does not have a measurement problem. It has a prioritisation problem. The tools to count impressions are well-established. The processes to verify what was delivered, capture qualitative impact and build trusted information frameworks are not.
- AI amplifies your existing processes. If they are weak, it accelerates inconsistency.
- Rights verification: tracking whether contracted obligations is not held back by technology, but inappropriate processes and governance. In most cases, no one is systematically checking.
- Organisations need to focus on information rather than data - data is figures, information is insight.
- The organisations that succeed will not necessarily be those with the most advanced tools. They will be those with the clearest operating models.
