Custom Ohio Volleyball Tournament Medals: From Concept to Delivery
Here is a real custom medal project completed for a volleyball tournament in the United States.

The customer provided an Ohio-shaped concept featuring an MVP volleyball logo and tournament wording. Our design team converted the image into a factory production drawing with the correct medal dimensions, raised metal borders, recessed enamel areas and ribbon structure.

The final order included:

300 custom volleyball medals
76.2 mm medal height
3 mm thickness
Zinc alloy material
Gold and silver plating
Green, black and white soft enamel
Custom green printed ribbons

We also sent the customer photos of the semi-finished blanks before plating and coloring. After receiving the completed order, the customer confirmed that the medals looked great.

Custom Shore 10K and Fun Run Medals: From Concept to Repeat Order
Here is a real custom medal project completed for the Shore 10K and Fun Run in Killough.

The customer started with an illustrated concept featuring runners, a gold star, red boxing gloves and the event wording. Because the original image was not yet ready for metal production, our design team rebuilt it as a 55mm square medal with clear relief lines and separate soft enamel sections.
The first order included 150 medals. After the customer received the shipment, they requested another 70 pieces using the same design.

The full image set shows the original concept, factory artwork, 3D mold, colored medals, finished product and customer reorder.

From Customer Concept to 400 Custom Sports Medals for Tsarevo, Bulgaria
This project began with an idea for a combined swimming and running event in Tsarevo, Bulgaria.

The customer already had the main sports symbol and Cyrillic wording, but the design still needed to be converted into a production-ready medal.

Our team prepared the medal artwork, planned the raised and recessed metal areas, selected antique nickel plating, and separated the blue soft enamel and UV-printed details.

The first medal direction was accepted. The ribbon needed more work.

The customer felt that the first blue and yellow version was too colorful, so we returned to the original vector files and redesigned the layout. After three rounds of revisions, a cleaner white ribbon with blue and yellow accents was approved.

Before completing the full order, we sent photos of the real ribbon sample and finished medal for confirmation.

After receiving the order, the customer confirmed that everything was perfect and said he would like to work with us again for the next event.

A Tournament Medal Should Feel Like Part of the Event
A tournament medal should not look like a standard award with a logo added at the last minute.

For the PIKL Cup Summer Showdown 2026, the event already had a strong visual identity. We kept the irregular shape, bold lettering, pickleball graphic and event colors throughout the medal and ribbon design.

The same artwork was produced in three metal finishes:

Gold for first place
Nickel for silver
Red copper for bronze

This gave the event one consistent award system while keeping each placement easy to recognize.

From artwork preparation and mold engraving to plating, enamel filling and ribbon assembly, every production step followed the customer’s approved design.

This custom event medal was manufactured with a gold-plated zinc alloy base, raised wave patterns, white enamel clouds and a deep navy landmark design.

The landmark section is connected by a small hinge, allowing it to lift outward from the medal surface and create a distinctive three-dimensional presentation.
