Quick trial ride this morning on the T Line before the on Saturday at Lee Valley Velo Park. Many thanks to Barry for the telescopic seat post making the bike a very comfortable ride. Next challenge is bringing the T Line on as hand luggage on this afternoon’s BA flight…

🚲 Brompton World Championship! 🌍

On Saturday 5 September, I’ll be heading to Lee Valley VeloPark, London, to compete in the 2026 Brompton World Championship, representing EBike-Gibraltar and the GiBromptonians 🇬🇮

650+ riders will be taking part across nine qualifying heats. At the off riders have to run to their bikes, unfold them and race five laps of the circuit.

The fastest 75 men and 75 women qualify for the finals later that afternoon.

Hopefully extra points for sweating to death in a child’s acrylic dressing gown
