It is a common misconception that you need to be fit to be able to join a gym. Helping people to get fitter and stronger is what we do best. We meet people where they are now, not where they think they should be. Whether your goal is to build muscle, get fitter or simply train for longevity, we are here to help.

We’ve spent the last 2 weeks rebuilding the gym. This is what greeted us when we reopened the doors... 👀

Firstly, thank you to our amazing co hosts over at Re-form-er and to Arron at Coffeesmiths for providing the smoothest iced beverages on what was a scorcher of a day! If you’re in Attleborough, be sure to check them both out. 🫶🏼🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

A huge thank you also goes to Mr Bench Press himself, Scott, for capturing these incredible photos that we’ll continue to rave about for months to come. And finally, thank you to Mirafit for allowing us to provide the highest quality coaching through their incredible equipment. If you have a moment, we’d encourage you to give them all a follow! 💪🏼

The morning started with a Personal Training session: 16 clients and 4 coaches. This was an opportunity for new members to really get a feel for what SUMMIT is all about: high quality, inclusive coaching. Some people had never touched a barbell before, while others were already experienced. What mattered most was that everyone left feeling accomplished, and they absolutely did.

We then moved on to a beautiful Stretch and Strength session with Ada from Re-form-er, slowing things down before the SUMMIT send...

Coaches Toby and Patrick then really put the gang through their paces with a team workout, bringing the energy and atmosphere we’ve all come to know and love from our Large Group sessions. 😮‍💨🔥

We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who made the morning so special, and to those who have now joined us as members.

Like many people, Harry was going to the gym with:

☀️ JUNE AT SUMMIT ☀️

We bang on about community a lot, but it’s genuinely one of the best things about Summit. Training is great, but getting people together outside of the normal sessions is what really makes this place special.

Here’s what’s coming up this month 👇

🏋️‍♂️ **Friday 5th June | 6pm
Old School Pump Session

We’ve got loads of new kit in the gym and this is our excuse to show it off 😅 Expect a proper pumpy lifting session with some exercises we don’t normally use in our programming. Slightly different, plenty of fun, and guaranteed to leave with a decent pump.

Social Sisters Takeover | with Ellen and Harriet

A morning for the ladies. We’ll kick things off with a big group workout before sitting down for a relaxed chat around women’s health, fitness and everything in between.

Plus smoothies from Juicy Lucy’s because no Summit social is complete without food involved 🍓🥤

Cromer to Sheringham Walk

Dogs welcome. Kids welcome. Partners welcome.

We’ll be taking on the coastal walk from Cromer to Sheringham before heading to the pub for a well-earned drink and a bite to eat.

Still buzzing from Summit 2.0 yesterday 🙌

Months of planning, organising and graft behind the scenes all came together and honestly, it couldn’t have gone much better.

It was brilliant to see so many familiar faces, meet plenty of new ones and show people what Summit is really all about. From PT sessions and Pilates with Ada to the big SEND at the end, the energy all day was unreal.

What stood out most was seeing our community in action. The support, encouragement and atmosphere throughout the day reminded us why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, got involved and made the day what it was. Every bit of effort that went into putting this together was 100% worth it.

Meet Tom 👏

When Tom first joined SUMMIT, he started with a couple of sessions each week. It did not take long for him to realise the impact that the right coaching, structure, and accountability could have around a busy lifestyle.

Like a lot of people, Tom balances work, family life, and trying to prioritise his own health at the same time. Training became more than just physical progress. It gave him an outlet, improved his mindset, and helped him show up better both inside and outside the gym.

The mission has always been same… become the strongest dad around 💪 And he is well on his way.

Fast forward to now and Tom is in the best shape he has been in for years. Stronger, fitter, healthier, and already setting his sights on competing next year.

Big respect for the effort you bring every week mate. Even if your leg days still somehow end up becoming arm sessions 👀
