This is the year to STOP saying “If only I was this” or “I’ll start when….”

Now is the time to:
-Set clear goals
-Identify the small steps you need to take to reach them.
-Understand the power of consistency and your daily habits
-Have the correct structure and support network in place.

2025 - The year of growth

2025 was all about pushing myself. Had some big goals, physically, professionally and personally.

And what a year. It hasn’t been the easiest but boy has it been so so so worth it.

Physically I had set myself some goals at the end of last year. Happy to report I smashed all of them including an impromptu half marathon to cap it off.

Professionally my goal for this year was to end the year qualified as a PT. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d already be working in a gym growing my client base before the year was out. It’s been a lot of work but so rewarding.

Personally I wanted to take more risks, grow more as an individual and really push myself to experience new things. Nowhere near where I want to be but can say I’m proud of myself for the work I’ve put it.

Cheers 2025, did some cool things, met some amazing people and ate a lot of good food.

Big thanks to everyone for the support this year,here’s to an even bigger and better year in 2026 #2025

Proud is an understatement!

What started as a group of just 2 people has grown into an incredible community of people.

Amazed by the work ethic of this group, willing to learn new things and push each other on. A couple of months ago the majority of this group couldn’t tell you what a burpee was. NOW they’re focussing on preparing for fitness competitions in the new year.
Proud of what is being built here and it is just the start.

So if you want to join something much more than your average fitness class ,see you Tuesday evenings at 7pm, Wednesday morning at 9:30am and Fridays evening at 6pm at NR Wymondham.
