I am finally back from my amazing holiday to Sorrento and not only have I gained a few pounds from eating my bodyweight in pizza ๐Ÿ•..but I have also gained a beautiful fiancรฉ! ๐Ÿ’

I am also happy to announce that I will be back teaching kettlebell class tonight at 8:30pm ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
So I look forward to seeing you all there for what is going to be a tough class ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Happy Monday! ๐Ÿ˜

I always find that the hot sunny weather always brings out the worse in my eating habits...whether it's over indulging in the BBQ food, or buying sharing desserts for myself...(this happened Friday ๐Ÿ˜ช)

The best thing to do is put that in the past, forget about it and come to the gym the next day and absolutely kill it! ๐Ÿ’ช Overindulging for one meal isn't going to hurt you, as long as you enjoyed yourself that's the main thing!

Now get to the gym, kill your workout and start the week of strong! ๐Ÿ’ช

I know it's not transformation Tuesday but I'd just like to share with you my fitness journey.

I began my fitness journey several years ago with the goal to become fitter and healthier, as well as gaining muscle. After months of following random fitness programmes found online and mindlessly drinking protein shakes without really knowing why, I decided it was time to seek advice from a personal trainer and further increase my knowledge on all things health and fitness related.

Achieving your fitness goals isn't something that's going to happen overnight. It has taken me years of research and overcoming the odd obstacle here and there to achieve the progress that I have gained today.

New Kettlebell class starting tomorrow morning 6:30am at Wymondham Leisure Centre

Breakfast for me is the most important meal of the day and what a way to start the day than with a bowl of protein oats!

Nice and simple recipe to keep you going through the morning until lunch and with that extra protein boost!

Ingredients:
Porridge Oats
Almond Milk
1 scoop of Protein Powder
Topped with Banana and Strawberries

Method:
1. Place porridge oats in a microwavable bowl.
2. Mix together almond milk and protein powder of your choice and place in bowl.
3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes depending on the type of consistency you want, ensuring that you stir half way.
5. Take out and place favourite toppings on top.
6. Enjoy!
