✨ What a weekend for our Adult Gymnastics team! ✨

We are SO proud of everyone who competed at the Buckley Adult Competition this weekend! ❤️🖤

For some of our gymnasts, it was their very first ever competition, while others were stepping back onto the competition floor for the first time in many years. To see everyone getting out there, giving it their all, supporting each other and enjoying the experience was so lovely to see! 🤸‍♀️👏

There were some fantastic performances and some brilliant results across the board, but we’re most proud of the courage it took to get up there and have a go. What a fantastic achievement for every single one of you! 🏆❤️

A huge thank you to Buckley Gymnastics Club for hosting such a brilliant competition for the adults. We all had such a great time and really appreciate all the hard work that went into making the day so enjoyable! 🙌

And of course, a massive shout-out to Rich for leading our Adult Gymnastics sessions and supporting the group every week. We couldn’t be prouder of the team you’ve helped build! 👏

Welsh Foundation Summer Camp 2026 💙🤸‍♀️

What an amazing 3 days Cora has had at the Welsh Foundation Summer Camp! ✨

She’s spent the last 3 days in Cardiff training alongside some amazing gymnasts, working hard, learning new skills, pushing herself and most importantly having lots of fun! 💪🏼🤸‍♀️

So many new experiences, new friendships and special memories made along the way. We’re so proud of how much Cora has grown in confidence and enjoyed every minute of the experience. 🥰

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making the camp so special and giving the girls such an amazing opportunity. 💙

⚠️ GYM CLOSURE NOTICE - FRIDAY 26TH JUNE 2026⚠️

Due to the extreme temperatures in the gym today, we have unfortunately made the decision to close.

Despite our best efforts, the temperature in the gym is expected to reach levels that would make training unsafe and uncomfortable for both gymnasts and coaches.

We appreciate that this may cause inconvenience, and we understand many gymnasts will be disappointed to miss training. However, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our members, coaches, and families must always come first, and we feel this is the most responsible decision in the circumstances.

Hi everyone👋

With the weather forecast looking very warm this week, please ensure that gymnasts bring plenty of drinks with them. We will also be having regular breaks during sessions to help everyone stay cool and comfortable.

A few reminders❗️

• No long-sleeved leotards
• Please wear cool, comfortable clothing
• No baggy clothing that could go over their head.
• It is mandatory for all gymnasts to bring a drink bottle. We can refill bottles during sessions if needed.

We completely understand if families would prefer not to send their gymnast to their session due to the heat. If this is the case, please let us know.

We have also hired a couple of air conditioning units, which are due to arrive tomorrow, so hopefully they will help keep the gym a little cooler this week!❤️

What a fantastic weekend for our GFA and Mini Squad girls!

Our Tin gymnasts may not have come away with overall placings, but they absolutely shone out on the competition floor. Several girls performed new routines and skills, showing great bravery and determination, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you.
