Before and after for David, first photo was very steep meaning club was travelling out to in coming down and causing a big slice! Second photo a much better position, shallower and automatically meant the club can come into impact on a better plane and with the help of a bit of club face control, the ball flight was much straighter.

A successful junior camp at Hickleton!
Great to see the young uns out enjoying themselves with a mixture of putting and driving range games and even golf rounders (with the use of a soft ball of course) and trying to put each other off here 😅

I’d always encourage an on course session every now and again as you can learn about course management as well as shot selection which surprises people how many shots you can save! Dominic had a solid session yesterday to say he’s still new to the game, impressed with the improvements as we went along ⛳️🏌🏽‍♂️

In my opinion one of the big parts of the golf game that separate the good players from the great players is wedges!
The best players are dialled from 100 yards and in and I believe sharpening up your approach play will knock no end of shots off players scores!

At Hickleton we use the GC Quad for accurate feedback on shots to help players get a better understanding of their yardages and their swing in general!
DM me if you would like to have your wedge game looked at, the GC Quad will of course be used for these sessions to help obtain the best feedback possible ⛳️⛳️🏌🏽‍♂️🏌🏽‍♂️

If your child is looking for something fun to do during the summer holidays, then this could be perfect for them! Whether they’re already into the game or are new, this camp will provide some fun and exciting games, coaching and prizes with food included for them as well!
If you would like to book them on then DM me now as there are spaces still available on both days!
