Hey guys and girls!!

Hope we’re all well. I’m running the Worcester 10k in the morning. Anyone that knows me knows I’m not a huge fan of running 😂 BUT I’m doing it for a friend to raise some money for a great cause.

Adam is a complete warrior but has been through so much so any discomfort I’ll be in will be completely minor compared to what he’s been through. He’s an inspiration 🙌🏼 He’s also one of our parents from my Sunday session 🫶🏼

If you can only sponsor him/us a couple of quid I’d be eternally grateful 🙏🏼
